What we process
A PNR is used only to request its reservation record from the data source. It never appears in our web addresses or server logs: a check sends it in the request body, and result links keep it after "#", which browsers do not send to servers. Passenger names are never read or stored.
Recent checks and the device watchlist
Recent checks and a device watchlist live in your browser's storage on this device only. You can clear them any time from the home page or the watchlist.
Account data
If you sign in, your email, display name, avatar, and the PNRs you save are stored with your account in Supabase, a hosted database service. Access is limited to your own records.
Third parties
Trakline works with a third-party reservation data provider to answer each check; that provider receives the PNR you check and records its requests under its own privacy policy. Supabase hosts account data. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.
Your controls
Export your account data as JSON, or delete your account and every record on it, from the Account page.
